- Review and explain the financial terms of the contract and assist the seller in determining the best terms of a contract for each client’s unique situation
- Review brokerage contracts and listing agreements
- Issue title insurance
- Preparation, review and thorough explanation of the Closing Disclosure or TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) formally known as a HUD-1 Settlement Statement
- Advise on short sales and participate in negotiations with the lender
- Assist “For Sale by Owner” with contract negotiation, preparation and closing.
- Thorough review and explanation of closing documents
- Attend closing and provide client representation
