- Attend closing and provide client representation
- Assist client with decision making process to determine the best refinancing alternatives for each client’s unique needs
- Provide document preparation and review
- Review and explain the terms of the mortgage loan documents
- Determine status of title to the property and clear title issues
- Preparation, review and thorough explanation of the Closing Disclosure or TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure) formally known as a HUD-1 Settlement Statement
- Provide title insurance
- Carefully explain all closing and loan documents in a plain and understandable manner
